The Office of Public Affairs is responsible for several key policies on campus that help to uphold the quality of our brand.

Internal Print Policy

This policy ensures all pieces meet brand standards and support our internal units.

All print pieces are to be sent to The Print Shop for printing. If the work cannot be produced in-house, the job can be outsourced to an approved vendor once approval is received.

Social Media Policy

This policy ensures all postings meet brand standards, maximize impact and minimize duplicated efforts. It also governs access and ownership to accounts.

For greatest impact, the University of Windsor has hired a Social Media coordinator to oversee all postings and messaging relating to the University. This policy ensures all social accounts on campus are working together to disseminate our message in a coordinated manner.

Campus Signage Policy

This policy ensures all signage meet safety and brand standards, maximize impact and minimize safety incidences. It also ensures our campus remains a clean and pleasant place to be.

To manage all signs and postings appearing on campus, we ask that a form be filled out and approval received before posting notices, installing temporary signage or ordering permanent or semi-permanent signage on campus.
